We do not store your card details.

Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely on our platform. Uploaded photos and generated artwork are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Data Retention
We retain your account data and creations for as long as your account is active. You may delete your account at any time from the Account page, which will permanently remove your personal data and all associated content within 30 days.

Account Deletion
You can delete your account directly from the Account page within PetAura AI. Upon deletion, your profile, uploaded photos, generated artwork and purchase history will be permanently removed. This process may take up to 30 days to complete across all systems.

We use trusted third-party services to operate PetAura AI, including cloud infrastructure and AI processing providers. These services are bound by their own privacy policies and are not permitted to use your data for any purpose other than providing services to us.
