By using PetAura AI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

User Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
• Ensuring you have the right to upload any photos you submit
• Not uploading content that is illegal, offensive or violates the rights of others
• Keeping your account credentials secure
• Any activity that occurs under your account
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• Upload photos of people without their consent
• Use PetAura AI for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack or disrupt the service
• Resell or commercially redistribute AI-generated artwork without our written permission
• Upload content that is harmful, abusive or violates any applicable law
Intellectual Property
PetAura AI and its underlying technology, branding and design are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws.
Artwork generated using your uploaded photos is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. You retain ownership of your original uploaded photos. We do not claim ownership of your personal images.
AI-Generated Artwork Disclaimer
PetAura AI uses artificial intelligence to generate artwork. Results may vary depending on the quality and content of uploaded photos. We do not guarantee any specific artistic output and AI-generated images may not perfectly replicate your pet's appearance. Generated artwork is provided "as-is".
Service Availability
We strive to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. PetAura AI may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time with reasonable notice.
Credits & Payments
Credits are required to generate artwork. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Credit purchases are processed securely through Stripe and are available for use immediately upon payment confirmation. Unused credits remain in your account until you delete your account.
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include applicable taxes. We use dynamic pricing via Stripe Checkout — your card is never charged until you complete the Stripe checkout process.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PetAura AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data or artwork.
Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months prior to the claim.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time from the Account page. Upon termination, your data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app. Continued use of PetAura AI after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
